Phonoholism as a Sign of ‘Always on’ Generation – Research Report

The article presents research on the risk of phonoholism occurring among high school students. Strong attachment to a cell phone, for many students, can be an indicator serious problems. Thanks utilizing in diagnostic survey method, 450 from all over Poland, could express their opinions dangers associated with using mobile phone. Their were analysed terms ability use smartphone rationally, including possibility temporarily quitting or limiting Survey data analysis showed that students do not notice any negative effects at same time they declare functioning without phone would very difficult even impossible them. results suggest such exist some extent, this reason, more emphasis should placed preventive measures help effectively protect against phonoholism.
